All The Feels!

This app is saving lives, one click at a time.

Hannah and Charlie Lucas of Cumming have created an app for when you're feeling really down and need some help. Hannah was severely depressed when she was bullied due to her postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, a condition that causes her to pass out frequently. She coped by cutting herself, but then she and her brother Charlie came up with an idea: A panic-button app for others suffering called notOk. When the app is opened, a button is displayed. If the button is pressed, five pre-selected contacts are notified with the message "Hey, I’m not OK. Please call me, text me, or come find me," and the sender's GPS location.
