3 Ways to Get a Beach Bod from Dr. Sanjay Gupta

Summer is approaching and we all want to get in shape and look good for those trips to the beach and the days spent at the pool. Dr. Sanjay Gupta joined the Jeff and Jenn Show to talk about 3 ways to look good for the summer and get that beach body you've been wanting! 

1. Sleep

Nothing will be as good if you don't sleep.

2. Wake up with Water

If you have slept for 7 or 8 hours, then you have gone 7-8 hours without water and you'll be dehydrated.

3. Move a Little Every Day

Our bodies were made to move so do anything you can to move, even if it's just walking around the office a bit.

Dr. Gupta also touched on the Zika virus and if Atlantans should be concerned. He said that while he doesn't believe Atlanta will be specifically affected by the Zika virus, he does believe it will be in places those mosquitoes live, like South Florida and South Texas. So if you have no dire reason to go to those places, it may be best to stay away if you are pregnant.
